Our company provides placements throughout the lower 48 United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Our recruiters search for qualified candidates across the nation using cutting-edge sourcing techniques. We call and/or e-mail our prospective candidates. Our recruiters talk to you on the spot or schedule a time where they can spend at least 30-minutes, or more, performing a telephone pre-screen looking for skills such as, interpersonal, communication (Very important), and for the technical requirements our client needs.
After all the above-stated steps are completed, our recruiters will make a judgment call to either submit or not submit your resume to our client.
Our main focus is on IT and the Engineeing fields. We perform searches for both direct-hire and contract positions.
